Day 212 :: 2.28.11 :: Last Day of February

So far today has consisted of us sleeping in. Then ate some lunch and watched some t.v. while I worked on my homework assignment. I went to class while the hubby went to the bank and the store. Class was boring like usual. I did have a fun surprise in the mail today, I had entered a sweepstakes on this book website I am on and out of all the books I entered to win I won Save the Date and it came today. I didn't win most of the others but there are still three or four more to go so hopefully I win one more or something. Hopefully I like the book as well. Oh and our tax refund check came today yippe for us! Picture today is of the book I got in the mail.

Day 211 :: 2.27.11 :: February Almost Over

I feel a lot better today. Got a decent amount of sleep. Work went a lot better. Kind of sorta figured out knitting but I still think I need a lot more practice or another lesson with either my mom or the girl I work with. Oh well doesn't matter if I get anything made or not as long as I try and I am working on learning a new skill. I just need something to show for my project. Played a game of Uno with Alex and beat him again, now we are watching some t.v. before CSI comes on at 10. No picture for today yet but will update later. My picture today is my knitting stuff and how far I have gotten on one of my trial runs.

Day 210 :: 2.26.11 :: Father-In-Law's Birthday

Well had to get up after only getting like 4hours of sleep. Was super tired and not wanting to go to work. Got there and it was a crazy insane day. Boss wasn't liking all the locals staying at the hotel, and it just made the day long but short as well. Finally got to go home, and I walked in the door took a picture from the front porch of the snowman that one of the neighbors down the street took then walked right upstairs and crashed. I feel asleep for two hours and when I woke Alex's dad and grandma were here. Alex wanted to have a dinner for his dad and invited his grandma and one aunt but his aunt had to work. So I came down shortly before dinner was finished. Then we all hung out for a few hours before they left. Then Alex and I watched two of our DVR'd shows before I went to bed. I was way to tired or I could have got a picture of his dad and grandma or something but I didn't think of it at the time.

Day 209 :: 2.25.11 :: My cousins birthday

Well today was my cousins birthday. I didn't see her but, I know she was probably having a good day with her boyfriend. I hung out with Alex we didn't really do much at all. Woke up to it snowing and we werent sure when it was suppose to stop. So my boss texted me and asked if I thought I could still get to her house. I told her as long as it didn't get worse I should. Well it eventually stopped, so we watched some movies and Bones until it was time for me to leave. I went to work from 6:30 until 1:30am. Kiddos all went down pretty easily and I sat and watched t.v. and read my book until it was time to go home.Again I doubt I took a picture, I havent been doing anything worth taking a picture of, but  I will find something and take a picture to use for today.

Day 208 :: 2.24.11 :: Ughhh Knitting

Alex and I slept in today, then he made some homemade chicken noodle soup. We then headed to my moms to watch the CSI we missed and the Glee episode. Alex ran with my brother to Wendy's while my mom tried to teach me to cast on and begin knitting well that didn't work out to well. I am getting very frustrated, its annoying. I may switch over to crocheting. After leaving my mom's. We went and hung out at home. We ran to the bank as well and just spent the day until our shows came one. We watched Big Bang Theory and CSI!

Day 207 :: 2.23.11 :: Hump Day Again

Well I worked until 2pm. Ran home to eat some lunch and type up the one page response paper that I didn't need to get done, but glad I did even though it probably the worse one ever. Went to class, and sat through two boring classes. Found out our English professor must be a horrible teacher cause he hated EVERY single one of his student's first essay so he decided not to grade them or count them towards our grade. Then came home, found our hubby got the car kind of fixed but looks like we will hopefully be looking for a new car soon. We ate some dinner then watched the premiere of Americas Next Top Model, Law and Order SVU and DVR'd Hot In Cleveland.

Day 206 :: 2.22.11 :: Grocery Shopping...blah

Well woke up today to a lot of snow. About five inches, at least that was how much was on our table on back porch. Spent the morning shoveling off the porch and the sidewalk and around our cars. Cleaned the car off and ate some lunch before heading out to get some groceries. Spent the rest of the day playing board games and watching t.v. together. It was a nice relaxing day together inside since it was kind of cold out. I think I beat my hubby in every game we played. We watched some Glee, and I DVR'd Teen Mom for later. Now I am getting ready to head to bed cause I have an early morning. My picture today will be of the snow on the back porch with a ruler in it showing how much had piled up on the table. But I will upload it later, dont feel like doing it now.

Day 205 :: 2.21.11 :: Snow, Snow, & More Snow

Well the day started out raining, then it was a mixture of rain and ice rain. Then it snowed a little bit. I finished my homework for class, we ate some lunch and I left for class wishing I didn't have to go it was to crappy out. I had to take Alex's car since I need radiator fluid and his is a Mustang so NOT the best car for this weather at all. By the time I got to class it was straight snow, and by the time my first class ended it was HORRIBLE out. I sat around for 30 minutes waiting for my second class to find out class had been canceled. So it was time to drive home, I was a nervous wreck. I had never tried driving his car in this kind of weather. I had to drive like 2 miles per hour, the roads were ALL covered I dont think a plow had been out at all. Cars were swerving and sliding and I was freaking. But I made it home and I will never drive his car in this weather again. Then when I got home we ate dinner, Alex had put pork chops in the slow cooker. Then we watched House and now we watching Mike & Molly. We DVR'd How I Met Your Mother, and next is 19 Kids and Counting then probably a movie in bed and cuddle til noon. My picture is of the back porch, the table is covered with snow...and since I took the picture the snow has piled up so much more its crazy.

Day 204 :: 2.20.11 :: Sunday Night T.V. & Movie in Bed

So I didn't do much today. I worked until three and was so glad to be done for the week, it was a busy crazy day. After work we finished watching How I Met Your Mother, before Extreme Home Makeover came on. Then we watched Family Guy, and CSI: Miami. We DVR'd Kim and Kourtney take NYC. Then ended the night with a movie in bed. Though I didn't make it through the movie before passing out, but it was nice cuddling in bed watching the movie, and falling asleep in his arms. I needed do my homework for tomorrow but decided I will wait to do it before leaving for class.

Day 203 :: 2.19.11 :: Daiy Queen

After work I asked Alex if he wanted to go get some ice cream. So I changed my clothes and we went and got some ice cream and went to visit his mom for a little bit. Once we got home I showered and put on my pj's and we put in How I Met Your Mother, we have officially started season 4. Only 1 more season to go before we are caught up. We made some dinner and just cuddled on the couch watching that all night. So the day was very unproductive and not much to take a  picture of but i will find something.

 Alex's cousin let him borrow this she said her and her husband thought it was funny. I read it in 1 day. It was pretty interesting.

Day 202 :: 2.18.11 :: Waterpark and family

Today I worked in the morning but only for an hour and a half. She was headed out of town and wanted me to watch the twins while she took the older girls to school and ran a few errands before taking the twins to her moms. Then when I got home I asked Alex if we were still taking our day trip. He finally agreed, lol, so we got our stuff gathered and headed out a little later then I wanted to but oh well. Once we got to Columbus we stopped for some lunch then continued off to the indoor waterpark. It was a lot of fun, the water slides were a blast and we had fun playing on the play ground thing. We took a break for a while and sat in the hot tub and played in the arcade for a bit. Then after being there awhile we got changed and headed for dinner and then off to his cousins. We finally got to meet little Bella, she is so cute. She wasn't in the best mood and wanted food all the time so we didn't get to hold her much but it was fun to just hang out with them and see Bella. We had a fun time just hanging out with family and talking, she continued to try to convince us to move to Columbus and at times it seems like a good idea but I don't know if we could ever move their away from our families. We left pretty late so I slept on the way home so I wasn't getting no sleep tonight. After getting home I crashed right away since I gotta be up for an early morning Saturday.

One of the only pictures I think I took of the two of us while we were there. We were having to much fun to stop and go get the camera to take a picture. Plus having to dry off each time to take a picture was just not worth it haha.

Day 201 :: 2.17.11 :: Double shift

I worked in the morning from 7am until 1pm. The kiddos were pretty good. Then I went home and Alex and I had some lunch. I waited for my mom to text and we met her at Wal-Mart we needed to pick up a few things. Then we headed home for the few hours before I had to leave again. I hurried and had a early dinner and then headed off to work again 5:15 until 10:30. I have learned that I dont think I ever want four kids. I was going crazy until they one by one went to bed. But it is so fun taking care of them I just don't think I would want four of my own. Anyways when we were at the store I got my yarn for my knitting project so I cant start that. That will probably be my picture of the day.

Day 200 :: 2.16.11 :: It's Hump Day

Well today was suppose to be a long day I thought. I was suppose to work from 7am until 3pm and then class 3:45pm until 6:45pm but I ended getting off work early then headed home to have lunch with Alex. Then I got my stuff together to head to class. When I got home we figured out something for dinner and sat down to watch Law & Order SVU and Hot in Cleveland.  I crashed pretty early since I had another early morning. So I didn't do much besides watch the kiddos and go to class. My picture is one I took of one of the twins, she loves the bean bag chair and gets one of the blankets and just sits in it watching t.v. and loves sitting with me in the chair watching t.v.

Day 199 :: 2.15.11 :: Just A Lazy Day

Well today was a little bit of nothing.The hubby and I got up after a good nights sleep and just hung out for a bit. I thought my cousin was coming over but wasn't sure when. So we ran to the bank, and stopped at Auto Zone to get a new break light for my car, and then ran to the store quickly before heading back home. She ended up texting saying she couldn't make it, no surprise there, so Alex and I just played some cards and watched t.v. and some movies. I'm suppose to have a really long day tomorrow so I also made sure to finish all my school work before going to bed, though I didn't get it all done. So Alex said he would finish it for me since he wasn't tired. How sweet it he. I love him so home he is such an amazing guy :) So not sure what to take a picture of though I will probably take it of one of things we bought at Auto Zone or something.

 My picture is a can of pespi. I love it, one of my favorite kinds of pop. I been drinking a lot of pop lately. I should cut back oh well.

Day 198 :: 2.14.11 :: HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!!!!!!

So Valentines Day was a pretty awesome one this year. This is me and Alex's 5th Valentine's Day together. I can't believe it. We got up semi early and went and ate brunch at Bob Evans with the gift card his mom got us for Valentines Day. Then i got to work on making the cupcakes for Alex as his surprise, while also doing the rest of my homework while they were in the oven. I made some calls to see about us getting a room somewhere and having a nice romantic night away but in the end we decided to just come home and make our night romantic here. Anyways I finally got the cupcakes done and decorated and gave them to him. Then I started studying a little bit before leaving for class. I had one test and then my other class was normal boring class. I headed home, stopping by a friends house to drop off my old cell phone her daughter asked if she could have. Then I got dressed and we headed out to dinner at Applebees. Then back home, where Alex prepared me a nice bubble bath and set up the upstairs t.v. in our room so we could cuddle up and watch a movie before bed. Overall a pretty awesome day other than the class part. My picture today will be of the cupcakes I made him, one of the two of us, and possibly one of the cards we got each other.

Day 197 :: 2.13.11 :: A Flower and Lunch from my Hubby

Well again I am back at work. It has been a pretty crazy day. Alex packed me a "lunch" and inside was nothing really but a note that said see you when I get there. So I waited and waited, got all my work done so I had nothing to worry bout. And when he showed up with subway and a flower I was so excited. It is so pretty and I love my hubby. He doesnt get me flowers often but when he does it is so very sweet. After work I am running to my moms to quickly help rearrange her bedroom then home to finish up some school work and cuddle with Alex while watching our Sunday shows. My picture will more than likely be of the flower he got me :) So we were just watching The Cleveland Show, only because Alex was watching Family Guy and that show comes on afterwards....well I had to come on here and add this into my blog cause it made us laugh, at the end of the episode(which was about Cleveland Brown, haha ironic,  went to an NBA all-star game with Lebron James in it)well at the end Lebron was crying and one of the other characters was like "see Lebron does care about Cleveland" hahahaha just made me laugh. My picture today is of a picture my mom found while we were doing her room, it is from 5th grade and of the entire 5th grade class.

 This is the flower he gave me today while at work. I love it.

Day 196 :: 2.12.11 :: Double Date && Our 8mo. Anniversary

Well I worked until 3pm today then, when I got home saw that Alex had rearranged the living room as a surprise. I like it and I am hoping it is functional. I have been saying I wanted to move things around and it looks really nice this way. Then my cousin and her boyfriend came over, and we played a ton of Wii and ate some pasta for dinner, talked about weird baby names(random topic that came up). Then watched "You Again". We all thought it was a really funny movie, then they headed home. After they left I watched the CSI from Friday and Alex started the Mentalist as I was headed to bed, another early morning. I have no picture yet for today but got some ideas for it. Also me and Alex have been married 8 months today, it has been going by so very fast. Only four more months until our 1 year Anniversary :) I think I may just take a picture of how he rearange the couch and chair as my picture today.....

Day 195 :: 2.11.11 :: Worked Late :(

Well I didn't do much Friday morning. I got some house work done. Did the laundry, we did the dishes, and I picked up a little bit. Then we played a little bit of the Wii before watching The Talk. Then ran to the store and grabbed a few things I wanted to get for Alex's Valenties Day surprise, well part of it. We also grabbed some chicken for dinner. Then I had to run off to work. It was okay. The girls were excited they could stay up late though neither of them made it til their extended bed time. The twins were so hyper. Mr.M(haha) was doing a little better trying to walk, hopefully he will start getting the hang of it. Ms.M was all about sitting on my lap and when everyone was walking in and out before their parents left she was stick to my side wanted to be held wasn't sure about everyone. Then I got them all put to bed and read my books until they got home, which was like 12:30, which by then I was very tired and had to be up super early for work. So I will have to take a good picture from my day but gotta figure out what that good picture will be.

Day 194 :: 2.10.11 :: A Little Bit of Nothing

So today was another day of not doing really nething. It was another day to sleep in then ate some lunch. We ran a few errans I needed to get an eye brow wax and we stopped at a few stores. Alex and I were talking and have decided we might try to get a new couch this year sometime. So we looked at a few couches while we were out, and stopped by Wal-Mart before heading home. Then once we got home we hung out a bit and played some Uno and made some dinner. Now we are watching the end of Bones, and I am SOOO excited Booth and Hannah are over I want Booth with Bones(Brennan). Before that we watched Big Bang Theory and CSI. We will probably watch a few of our DVR shows after this before heading to bed Will think of a picture for today at some point as well. Well I decided to move around our dining room since I been in the remodeling mood and here a picture of the dining room now.

Day 193 :: 2.9.11 :: Work then Class

Well let's see today I worked at 8am for a little bit. Then since I finished all my school work the night before thinking today was my long day. So since my work was done I just sat around with the hubby until it was time for class. Today I seemed to be extremely tired, so class went by extremely slow. By the time I got home we ate some dinner and I put on some pj's curled up in a blanket on the couch set the DVR for our Wednesday shows and layed down until I ended up passing out at like 9:30pm. So I really didn't do anything today to take a picture of but I will think of something interesting.

 Even though it was a school day Pey was home from school sick. This is an older picture but I passed out so quickly and didn't get a chance to take a picture to here is an old pic of her.

Day 192 :: 2.8.11 :: A Day In Canton

Today was a good day, Alex and I slept in and it felt good. Then we ate some lunch and watched The Talk before heading out for a date night, kinda. We hit up the mall first and did a little shopping, and the hubby surprised me by taking me to build a bear (yeah we are still kids at heart) and we made a Valentines Day bear to go with out bride and groom bear. Then we hit up the book store to get a cook book, Alex wanted to go look for a new one. Then we headed to the store to get a few groceries. Then out for a nice dinner before headed home. Then we watched Teen Moms before bed. So my picture today will be of the bear we made.

Day 191 :: 2.7.11 :: Nothing but Class

So today I did nothing until it was time for class. We just hung out before I had to go, watched some t.v. before I had to leave and I made sure everything was ready for class. My first essay rough draft was due today and that class turned out interesting. We had to do peer reviews and I never had to do a peer review like that before just weird. Anyways found out my first art survey test is on Monday, it was suppose to be today but with having snow days that wasn't possible. After class I picked up Alex and we ran and got some dinner to pick up and take home. Then we watched some How I Met Your Mother, Two and A Half Men, House, Mike and Molly, and 19 Kids and Counting. Monday is one of our full days of t.v. Then after a bit of net surfing we headed off to bed. So again not sure what I will use for my picture today but will think of something. I am a bit behind so I will try to just add all pictures at once.

 This is what the day consisted of. School work and school. So Boring. Gotta love the stickers on the binder, did that while I was in my student teaching preschool class couple years ago.

Day 190 :: 2.6.11 :: Ughh English Paper :(

Well it's the wonderful Sunday. I worked this morning, and it's the day of the Super Bowl so we had a ton of Amish come in to watch the game. The day seemed to go on forever!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my pages read for my English class so I am ahead in that area. We don't have to have it read until next week or something. The hubby and I had breakfast for dinner and that was really good. The rest of the day has been spent watching Horton Hears a Who and now Kung Fu Panda, and no we are not football watching people, so we are NOT watching the Super Bowl. The only reason I would watch is for the half time show and the commercials. But I dont really need any distractions because I have a paper to write. The rough draft is due TOMORROW and I haven't started. I can't seem too I hate the topics and don't know where to start or what to write. I know what I am suppose to do and I have an idea what to write I just can't get myself to do it. Luckily it only like a 4 page paper, which kind of seems like a lot but hopefully it isn't. I have a worksheet to work on for that class as well but don't feel like that either. Well I am going to try to work on my paper. Alex probably thinks im in here typing away at my paper but haha I am NOT. I don't know what my picture will be today so that will be up later....

Day 189 :: 2.5.11 :: Shopping & Taco Bell = Awesome

So today I worked in the morning and I was so tired all day. I kept telling myself I need to start my paper that is due Monday well at least the rough draft is due Monday. But instead after work Alex and I met my mom at Lowes I wanted to show her some of my ideas for my parents house. I am all into decorating and what not and since we only rent I dont want to take the time to paint or ask if we can paint or anything. So I am helping my mom get the downstairs all renovated and hopefully get back into doing a total makeover in the basement. Anyways after Lowes we ran to Kohls to look at picture frames so we could get all the pictures hung back up in the living room. Then ran to JoAnn Fabrics so she could look at picture frames and I wanted to pick up a how to knit book and I got a crochet one as well. I will figure out which one is easier so I can start my Art Survey class project. Then since Alex was hungry my mom offered to take us to dinner and we wanted Taco Bell. Well actually Alex asked what I wanted and I said I wanted to try Arby's since last time I ate their I was sick the next day so I hadn't eaten their since. But he vetoed that idea and choose Taco Bell instead. So we ate and watched the snow fall. After dinner we went home and Alex told me to start my paper but I just didn't want to the topic doesnt interest me and I can't get myself to type it. So we snuggled in front of the t.v. and watch a movie. It was an overall good day.

Day 188 :: 2.4.11 :: It's Friday :)

Well today is Friday and we have nothing really planned. It was a do what we feel like all day and just enjoy the day kind of day. We just hung out all morning when the mail came our new Netflix's came. We got the final disc to season 1 of How I Met Your Mother. So we got that whole one watched and we are offically done with season 1. We also got The Town which we will probably watch this weekend. After that I was bored and we decided to go out and drive around and see what we got into. We stopped at the bank and post office and a few other places before heading home. We folded some laundry, and I got to talk to my cousin, well cousin by marriage, and see how her and the baby were doing. She sent me a picture on my phone but I can't figure out how to get it off my phone so that is where it will stay for now or I would use that. Little Bella is over a month old now and I can't wait til we can go visit or they come home to visit. I dont want to have to wait til Christmas to see them and have to wait til Bella a year old before I see her. I am trying to convice Alex we should go for a day trip and visit her and the baby since its her last week off of work. Alex had made us some beef stew in the slow cooker so we had that for dinner. After dinner we watched some t.v. until 8pm, then we watched Working Class, I think its called its a new show on CMT. It's kind of funny. Then watched CSI NY at 10. Then I headed to bed. So if I can figure out how to get the picture off my phone I may use that if not I will think of something,

Day 187 :: 2.3.11 :: Evening at work

So Thursday was spent how it normally is spent these last few weeks. I was with the hubby hanging out at home spending some time together until it was time to go to work at 5:30. We hung around and ran around town doing a few things then before I left for work we ordered a pizza to have for dinner. We had started a game of Uno, which is becoming a regular thing in our house, and we finished it when I got home. Got to work and the kids had all been fed already, and they were ready to just hang out play and watch t.v. until bed time. the twinsters were both in a really good mood and wanting to play and laugh. Miya is into her new thing of climbing onto the foot stool then onto the chair like she a big girl or something haha, and i will take her off cause she stands up and climbs around and I dont want her falling then she will climb right back up look at me and start laughing. She also likes to have people chase her so we will do that for a bit. I am still trying to help get Matthew walking he just beinga lazy butt. So we got in the play area for a bit and played before they got their nighttime bottle. She also loves this toy sax that she blows into and makes noise then then noise makes her laught which makes the toy makes more noise which causes her to laught more its hilarious. After awhile they both just wanted to cuddle on my lap and watch what was on t.v. I got them changed for bed and got them their bottles and shortly after sending Pey and LuLu up to get ready for bed I took the twins to bed and the girls and I played what else but Uno, not keeping score of course, until it was time for bed. Once I got home we watched Shit My Dad Says, which is my pet peeve why give a show a name but make it something they cant say in t.v. so it suddenly gets a new name. Then we watched CSI and then watched our DVR's Bones and Big Bang Theory. After all that and playing on the computer and on my DS for a bit I decided it was time for bed. For the most a productive day. In all that I think I will make my picture of the DS cause I been playing that a lot. I got my new cell phone cover today as well. So if I dont get the pictureof my DS I will use my new cell phone cover as my picture.

Day 186 :: 2.2.11 :: Work+Campus Closed=Decent Day

Well I worked in the morning until about three. They didn't have any power but had a generator running so some things did work. We were able to watch t.v. and had some lights and the microwave worked. The twins took their morney nap and I tried helping the older girls make bracelets then the twins woke up we made lunch then I watched the older girls wrestle around while I sat in the play area with the twinsters and they watched t.v. Then put the little ones back down for their afternoon nap then just hung out while the girls were downstairs watching a movie until it was time to go. Came home and since I didn't have classes tonight the hubby and I watched some t.v. and played Uno had some dinner and watched our shows cuddled up on the couch. We also got our taxes done which is one thing to check off our to do list, next is to get rent paid for the month. I will go figure out a picture for today eventually and then upload all the picture from the past few days at the same time.
So my picture is of some ice that was outside. I was leaving for work and notice that were our rain gutter drains the water is looks like water was flooding out and froze in the middle of doing so. Well I asked Alex to take the picture and this is what he manage to get for me lol..

Day 185 :: 2.1.11 :: Ice Storm = Lazy Day

Well today is the first day of February and it was an interesting day at that. We woke up to see everything covered in ice. The sidewalks and roads were covered, and it was still raining outside off and on. We took this day to just relax and stay in for the most part. We watched season one disc two of How I Met Your Mother, at least the episodes we haven't already watched. Then we tried watching some t.v. but we kept losing connection so we put in the movie we had in. So we watched Despicable Me althought we had to go through the power going off twice so we had to keep starting the movie over and finding where we left off. Then I finished my homework for tomorrow since I work most of tomorrow up until I need to leave for class. We left once to run to the store up the street and get some ice so I could make ice tea and he wanted a few other things. I took some neat pictures of the ice on the back porch and of the birds that were randomly sitting in the tree and out and about so that will be what my picture(s) for today.
