Day 59 :: September 28, 2010

Not much to say about today. I went to work for a couple hours. Came home and worked on my cross stitch and hung out with the hubby, he been having some time off waiting for the work to be able to be done. I made out a house cleaning schedule and as I was doing the chores today my hubby decided why not just clean everywhere. So my entire weeks worth of housework is all done so not much for me to do later, but oh well our house looks good. I also put out the very few fall decorations we have, I been trying to get the hubby to buy more but its not working :( lol. So my picture is of our pumpkin welcome sign for our front door. I hope to get more fall and halloween decorations soon!!

Day 58 :: September 27, 2010

Today was a very gloomy-ish kind of day. I worked for a couple hours, then went to the mall with my hubby, he had the day off. We bought the rest of his cousins baby shower gift(I def will need to post pictures or something cause its all so cute). I got a new book, then we went to the craft store and I bought this above cross stitch to try out as I try new crafts. It is going okay for now.

Day 57 :: September 26, 2010 - Z

I have finally hit the last letter of the alphabet, YIPPEE! The letter Z, so I took a picture of the zipper on my hubby's hoodie. Today was a good day...I worked until three then had to rush to job number 2. I watched the kiddos for a couple hours then stopped at the house, and the hubby and I went and picked up the picture I submitted to the Fair and ran to Wal-Mart. We grabbed some picture frames fr the 8x10 wedding pictures that finally came. Lastly went and visited his mom for a bit since it was her birthday. Overall a decent day.

Day 56 :: September 25, 2010 - Y

So the letter for the day is Y and theme is hoodies so I did both, I have a yellow hoodie and it is one of my favorite ones, I got it a while ago from Hollister. It has been I think like 5 years ago and it still looks like new, I remember wearing it to my cousins rehearsal and the pastor calling me Newport, and talking to me about his kid all cause I had this hoodie on. Well I only have one more day until this alphabet theme thing is over with yay and then I can go back to just taking pictures of what whatever I want or go with the theme you guys are going with......Thanks for checking out the pic today.

It was a very uneventful day really, I worked until three then went to the local fair with my hubby and my mom for a few hours then came home and now I have been watching him play his video game for a while, may sound boring and it is a little but it interesting to watch him die over and over haha...I am so mean.

Day 55 :: September 24, 2010 - X

I took the lazy way out for the letter X, I just took a picture of the X magnet at work today, there are the alphabets and numbers on the fridge at work and we play with them a lot while we there. I always get there and see different things spelled out on the fridge from different people playing around.

Day 54 :: September 24, 2010 - W

For the letter W I took a picture of some of my workout DVD's, and video games I guess since I have Wiifit. I also have some flirty girl fitness DVD's just didnt get a picture of those. I havent done any of these in a while but I hope to start back up soon, not sure if I am going to try to do a mixture of all of them or do one kind a week or one a month or how I want to do it, but they are all fun workouts to do an I have fun doing them I am just lazy and dont take the time to do them. I would also like to buy some weights to use while doing them and get an excercise ball to do my abs on they are so much fun.

Day 53 :: September 22, 2010 - V

So the letter is V, and I took a picture of our vacuum. We got it as a wedding gift from his brother. And is a two in one, the mini part comes out and it turns into a hand held vacuum. We have another vacuum that is more for when we sweep the whole house, but we use this for when we want to do light sweeping or something. It is really nice and we are glad we have it.

Day 52 :: September 21, 2010 - U

First off I will say I hope that all my posts didn't repost for all you guys since I edited the titles. But I am going to get caught up here now. Beginning with the letter U. So for the letter U I used one of our umbrellas. We have three different ones and I really wanted the one that was black with yellow smiley faces on it, but we could't find it and our other one is a huge one so this was the only option. This was about all my tired brain could come up with so here is it my picture for the letter U, on and I can't tell you how excited I am to be almost done with the alpabet!!

Day 51 :: September 20, 2010 - T

So I couldn't go with the theme cause the only people in the house are me and my hubby, and I would either have to tkae a pic in the dark of my hubby or bright and early in the morning and that means I would have to wake up before him, yeah right. So I just kept with just my letter which as T. And at the time I remembered I needed to take a picture I was watching "T"LC (Quints by Surprise) on our awesome "T".V. Which both start with the letter for the day. The show is okay but I was watching Kate + 8 before hand, and just left it on this show when it was over. (On the tv, it is a picture of one of the quints, there are 4 girls and 1 boy and then they have an older girl...)

Day 50 :: September 19, 2010 - S

Todays letter is S, and yes my blogs have been very short but I am tired and trying to just catch up. So I picked our "S"trawberries. We just got them from my mom and they look so good I think I will be eating them very soon for my lunch....MMMMM I love strawberries.

Day 49 :: September 18, 2010 - R

So the letter theme is R, so I took a picture of my "R"ed mouse, and yes I know mouse doesnt start with the letter R but the work "R"ed does. Then I thought I could also take a picture of my "r"ed star "r"ing, belly button "r"ing that is. So here is my two pictures for the day.

Day 48 :: September 17, 2010 - Q

Again I am behind just been to bust and lazy to upload the pictures to my blog. So today's theme is Q so while at work I asked one of the girls what I could take a picture of and she suggested taking a picture of her hoodie. Her kids go to NP schools and their mascot is the "Q"uakers. So I tried to just get the "Q"uakers part of the hoodie.

Day 47 :: September 16, 2010 - P

So today wasn't a bad day. I worked a few hours, then came home to find out my hubby was home. YIPPEE!! He wasn't able to work he was rained out....lol. So I went to lunch with him and his dad. Then we waited for my mom to come so we could paint the "P"ig, which goes with my letter theme for the day. We "P"ainted the "P"ig, with Alcohol Ink which I learned from a friend. And I think it turned out pretty awesome. It didn't take long to do at all and we were done in no time. She made the "p"ig for her friend for her birthday, and then she plans on putting letters on the side to spell out her name.

After we finished that we went up and rearranged our spare room, which is now our office/scrapbooking room/spare room. It looks pretty good, I think I like it this way much better. Then I studied more for a quiz that was suppose to be tonight. Then a storm hit, and heard bout tornado hitting down about 5minutes from my house..well more like 15, cause it hit where I work on the weekends. And I was wishing I didnt have to go to class cause tornado sirens were going off. So I get there turn in homework for first class and find out in second class there was no quiz he wasnt able to get copies made. So did all that studing for nothing at least til next week. Came home and we went to try to get the damage well, at 10pm and the whole downtown area where it happened, started down the block from our house all the way to where I work on weekends there was no power and generators for the traffic lights. So we saw nothing, I will try to see them tomorrow while I am out. So that was my day for the day pretty boring. lol

Day 46 :: September 15, 2010 - O

Letter "O", theme celebration which I am not going to go by. So since the theme was "O", I had a newer issue of "OK!" magazine, which I am obsessed with tabloid magazines haha. I buy one almost every time we go to the store. I use to get "People" magazine then canceled them cause it was to expensive. And this was a good magazine to take picture of cause I love Teen Moms, and Maci is my favorite teen mom on there, and Bentley is so darn cute!

So far today I worked for a couple hours, and I must say this whole having to be there everyday at 7am for either two or three hours each day, meaning I get done at either 9am or 11am is killer. I end up being so tired, and the kiddos decide to wake up almost the second I get there but my little man decides to take a nap almost instantly after eating his breakfast and his sister goes down shortly after. So it really isn't to bad. Now I am waiting to go to my class for the day, then will do some homework until my hubbykins gets home and we will wait for Americas Next Top Model to come on!

Day 45 :: September 14, 2010 - N

Again dont remember the theme for the day, but I went with my letter theme, the letter "N". So it took me awhile to think of something for the letter "N". Then decided I would use my necklace I wore at my wedding. I love it and it was a gift from my mom.

Today was a boring day, I worked for a few hours in the morning, then came home and relaxed. Did some light house work. Did some homework, then went to class. Came home and watched my showed my hubby dvr'd for me.

Day 44 :: September 13, 2010 - M

So as you can see today is my birthday....September 13th, I just turned 23 years old. So I put a graphic picture up top, and i'm not counting that as my picture so I took another picture. I took a picture of the calender, since my letter for the day is "M"..and my birthday was on a Monday this year I took a picture of the Monday on the calender and made sure to get my birthday in the picture. I made the calender through Wal-Mart for my hubby, so I wrote in birthdays and what not. So my picture for the day is Monday on the calendar.

I had a good day, I worked for a couple hours then came home and took a nap. Then I went to my one class for the day, then waited for my hubby to come home so we could go to dinner. We went to dinner at Dutch Valley, an amish restaurant which was amazing, then stopped at my mom's to get my bday card from her and my grandpa. I had an amazing birthday, my first birthday as a married woman was AMAZING :)

Day 43 :: September 12, 2010 - L

I have a little behind uploading the pictures, I took them just didn't get them uploaded. So I don't remember the themes but my letter for today is "L". So I took a picture of the corner of one of my favorite picture frames. The picture frame says "All because two people fell in love." So since the letter was "L" I took a picture of the word "Love"

Today I got to sleep in, first time in forever on a weekend. Then I worked for a few hours watching the kiddos. Came home and went rollerblading with my hubby. Then we watched and movie and just relaxed. My birthday countdown is down to 1 DAY!!!! So excited for my birthday tomorrow :)

Day 42 :: September 11, 2010 - K

The theme was remembrance and my letter is "K." So my first picture is for the remembrance part of the theme. And yes I am doing two photos today, because I couldn't choose just one, and the picture I wanted to do didn't go with my letter for the day. While everyone else is doing stuff to remember 9/11 I am using a photo of the Obituaries for my grandma's. The one on the left is my grandma on my mom's side who passed about five years ago I believe. And the one on the right is of my great-grandma on my dad's side, she passed just a couple months ago. My grandma that just passed a couple month's ago was my last living grandma, and I have just my grandpa on my mom's side with me still and I want to cherish every moment. I never got my meet my grandma and grandpa on my dad's side they both either passed or were never around and then passed before I got to meet them. So anyways I wanted to remember my grandma's


My second picture is for the letter "K" and I took a picture of my hubby's shoes with the laces in knots. I thought over and over trying to think of something interesting for the letter "K" and really came up with nothing. And last minute this is what I came up with. Today was a good day. I worked, which was interesting. Then went shopping with my mom and hubby. Bought a couple zip-up hoodies. Then came back to my our house and my dad met us here with the food we were going to cook out at my mom and dad's house but it started to rain. So we ate here and played the game LIFE and my mom brought a cake, all for my birthday. So we celebrated a few days early but I wanted to do it a day my dad wasn't going to be working that night. It was a fun evening. I lost in the game, and the cake was awesome so was dinner. I was happy to get to celebrate my birthday with everyone. Hoping my hubby and I can do something tomorrow. Have my day off at the hotel so can sleep in but gotta watch the kiddos for a while. ***Birthday countdown.....2 DAYS***

Day 41 :: September 10, 2010 - J

The theme is music, and my letter is "J". So I went with the theme and the letter. So I decided I would dig out my old piccolo from high school marching band times and some of the music we played during marching season, yes I was a band geek(but I was far from the geek part ask anyone...) anyways remembered we playing JUKEBOX HERO and that starts with a "J" so that covers my letter for the day. It is a song which covers my music part, and i have my piccolo in it which covers the music them, and I HAD to throw in my piccolo case because well I decorated the case and it's awesome. Who doesnt love a duck sticker on their case?!? I have a flute as well, but a friend borrowed it a long time ago and I am STILL trying to get it back. Anyways today was very boring. I went to the bank, worked on my puzzle and did some homework. I watched t.v. and waited for the hubby to get home so we could go get groceries. ***Birthday countdown...3days!!!***

Day 40 :: September 9, 2010 - i

The theme is Art and my letter is "I". Well I dont really have any "art" in my house. If I was at my mom and dad's house I could take a picture of an art project my brother did, but that would have worked better for tomorrow cause I could have used it towards the letter "J" since his name is Justin and I could have played it that way. Buy anyways we dont really have any art. We just have pictures hanging. We do have a caricature picture that we got done at the zoo a year or so ago. But that didn't start with and "I" so I went with ice cream. We just bought it the other day, and I could have make the picture more creative but I was tired and this was the best I got for today.... ***Birthday countdown....4 DAYS***

Day 39 :: September 8, 2010 - H

My letter for the day is "H". And the one thing I could not live without in my morning routine is waking up to my amazing husband. Although our schedules are so different, I dont normally wake up next to him, cause he leaves so early and I never have to be up to early, and on weekends I have to be up early and it is his time to sleep in. So my picture if of my Husband, which starts with "H".

Today was another boring day, I dont like this not working thing, they havent needed me to watch the kiddos all week. Which I should be happy about because next week starts the long week, They gona need me all the time bright and early. But I had one class which was at 2pm and before and after that had nothing else really to do. I started another puzzle so I worked on that a bit and read a bit for my classes. Then waited for my Wednesday show to start, Americas Next Top Model...I have watched all 14, well 15 season now...never missed one. ** Birthday countdown is 5 days!! **

Day 38 :: September 7, 2010 - G

Theme for today was glass, and my letter was "G". PERFECT! G for Glass....so I took a picture of me pouring myself a glass of Kool-Aid. I thought it turned out pretty cool, but was kind of complicated to take a picture of yourself pouring a liquid.

Anyways the day was kind of boring. I worked in the morning, because I asked off Sunday so I had to work today instead. Then I came home to relax before my late classes. Then went to class 7-9:45pm. Came home to watch all my shows I DVR'd from while I was in class (Love my Tuesday shows, 19 Kids and Counting, Melissa & Joey, and Teen Moms). Then passed out kind of early cause I was so tired. ** Birthday countdown... 6 days **

Day 37 :: September 6, 2010 - F

Well today is Labor day, and the theme is our hobby and the letter for today is "F". I have a bunch of hobbies actually. Such as scrapbooking and taking pictures and hanging out with family and friends, etc. But since the letter is "F" I took a picture of the fire we had at my moms today for Labor day. We made hot dogs and S'more. Played some cards and just hung out. It was a fun time and I loved not having work or class for a day. But it is back to both tomorrow. I work until three cause I needed Sunday off and then I have class all night. Not a fun day but it has to be done. Not a long blog for today but oh well I am extremely tired and ready for bed, have a long day tomorrow so I need to go to bed.....after I get more of my DVR'd shows watched. There are to many good shows on at a time hahaha. Birthday countdown *** 7 DAYS!!!!!

Day 36 :: September 5, 2010 - E

Today's theme is electronics and I am on the letter "E" now. So this theme kind of worked. E for Electronics. So here is a ton of my fun electronics. My laptop, NEW cell phone, my Ipod I got last year for my birthday, and my DSi which my hubby got my for Christmas last year. I am pretty sure all four of these things my hubby has gotten for my Christmas or my birthday or something. The phone he got as well cause we both upgraded our phones, but the rest were gifts. I love my hubby so much for getting these all for me and being so good to me. I love him. I could have taken a picture of me for today since my name starts with an "e" but this worked as well. Today I worked until three and then went home to cuddle with my hubby for a bit. He asked me what I wanted for dinner before I had to leave for job number 2, and I said I didn't care I wasn't hungry to much, and he was like oh I guess you wont want the food I bought you. How sweet is he that he went and bought me dinner as a surprise since he knew I had to leave again soon. Then he gave me a nice back rub ( I gave him one in return). Then I went to work to watch the kidds from six until midnight. That was a fun day, NOT. But I loved my hubby for the surprises. I forgot my birthday countdown yesterday so today I will put it, countdown is to 8 days!!!!

Day 35 :: September 4, 2010 - D

The theme is our car and I am on the letter "D". So my car is a POS and I hate it, can't wait til I get a new car. So since I dont like my car, which is a Chevy Cavalier '96 and white, I went with my letter theme and took a picture of my moms neighbors dog. I am pretty sure it is either my brothers dogs mom or sister/brother or something I dont know.

Other than that after work at three we met his mom and she bought him a desk chair that she told him she was getting him for his birthday which was almost 3 months ago, we just havent had time to get it until now. After getting the chair we went out to dinner with his mom and got Chinese. Then came home to put the chair together. Overall it was a fun day,

Day 34 :: September 3, 2010 - C

Work Place/ Letter C

Well my main job is child care provider, which goes with the letter "C". And the picture below is of the house where I do my child care at. The family is very nice and the house is huge, and the even though the work place is a house it is located in a cul de sac, which goes with the letter C as well, haha. I have my ways of following my alphabet theme. Anyways, the house is so nice and so much room for them and their four kids and their cute doggy, Georgia. I love going their everyday and seeing my kiddos and pretending that is my house for the day. I have been watching the kiddos since April 2010, and it been so fun.

My other job, which is my weekend job since classes have started is working front desk at a hotel, which is the picture above, it is my work shirt. I know I put these pictures in the wrong order since I talked about my child care job first but oh well. Anyways I got this job back in October 2007. My friend Kayla and I went out one day and applied at every place we could think of. And the next day we both got call backs and were both hired. She got hired in at housekeeping and laundry and I got hired as front desk. I got a different second job, doing child care at a day care and started working just weekends at the hotel. Then I went back to working more days at hotel, then got a new child care job. Now I am just weekends in the morning. And I can't wait til I can get rid of the job and get my weekends back, without having to ask for them off. I like having the hotel job, I can do pretty much whatever I want and it nice as a back up job in case anything happens with my full time job but I can't wait to get my weekends back. By the way the picture of the house I did not take but I havent been there today so this is a picture from my boss's facebook page, they are the nicest family. **Birthday in T minus 10 days**

Day 33 :: September 2, 2010 - B

So todays theme was inside your refrigerator and my theme was the letter "B" so a friend suggested this and it worked out perfect. We so happen to have Blue Bonnet Butter, that's three B's haha and it was inside my fridge. How awesome did that work out.

Anyways, today wasn't to bad. Worked for a few hours the twins are growing so fast, thing 1(the girl) is just such a mobile little kiddo and all over the place and pulling herself up and loves being free to go where ever. Thing 2 (the boy, lol) he is still being lazy. His theory is why do any work if you have people to carry you places. He is getting better at starting to pull himself up, but he still does the army type crawl instead of reg. crawl. But he getting there. After work I came home worked on the puzzle a bit, and tried to get some reading done for school. Which is you know me know I HATE reading and rarely read the material needed. Then went to my two classes for the day. Came home to watch a little t.v. with my hubby now thinking of heading to bed. ***Birthday countdown to 11 days***

Day 32 :: September 1, 2010 - A

Theme: Candy & Letter "A"
So today is the first day of September, which means only 12 more days until my birthday!! I am so excited. My hubby and I have had a productive day. I finished writing up some notes for class, and then went to class until three-thirty. Then I bought the rest of my books, which cost more then they should booo. When my hubby came home we got ready and headed out to Wal-Mart to grab a few things. He then informed me he was taking me and we were BOTH going to upgrade our cell phones. I was so excited, we got the same phone just different colors. He said it was part of my birthday present. Then he bought me a new mouse for my laptop my other one crapped out on me. Then we got what we needed at the store and headed home to make dinner. Now we are watching our tapped shows for earlier in the week. Well back to the theme. The theme was candy and my personal theme is the letter "A" so I have multiple favorite candy bars, I like most candy. So to go with both themes I choose the Almond Joy since it starts with the letter "A". Now I think I may go eat it now haha. Hopefully tomorrows theme works well with the letter "B".
