Day 31 :: August 31, 2010

So today was another boring day. I cleaned the house some more. Worked on the dreaded puzzle me and my hubby been working on for like a week or more now. Then went to class yippee fun day. Had to classes today, from 7pm until 9:45pm. I am pretty use to night classes since for the last two year before my year off were pretty much ALL night classes spending pretty much every day at school there til 9pm or later, but it was worth it to get my associates now trying for the bachelors. And yes you notice the name on the binder no I didn't do it so my binder wouldn't get mixed up with someone elses haha, I did it well because while I was student teaching the class was working with stickers during journal time and in that process while I was taking notes I used the stickers to spell my name on the front of my binder, as well as write things inside my binder. Oh the joys of going to school to be a Early Childhood teacher, you get to play with toys and little kids :) Well tomorrow starts my first day of doing the A-Z photo blogs, I think I am going to attempt to do the alphabet in letter order starting with A on September 1st :) Oh and there are 13 days until my birthday I believe haha.

Day 30 :: August 30, 2010

So my picture today is of another butterfly. I know boring since I already did it once. But I didn't do to much yesterday. Worked, love my kiddos. Then went to my first class back after taking a year off. It wasn't to bad for now. After class went home and did some house work, then had to go back to work, which wasn't to bad since when I got there one of the older kiddos went straight to bed she wasn't feeling good. The oldest kiddo's bed time was an hour later. And a half hour after that the twins were due to lay down. All four kids were in bed by 8pm. The younger oldest girl woke up a couple times once with a bad dream and once wanting a drink. Other then that it was pretty easy night watching tv and doing my worksheet for class. The theme was places to relax and think, well mine would be at my moms in the pool floating and getting a tan. but I havent been to my moms in a few days so couldn't get a picture of that. There probably other places but I spend most my time at home when I am not working or now in class. Only a day or so before I start blogging pictures for each letter of the alphabet.

Day 29 :: August 29, 2010

So Sunday was a normal day for me. I worked in the morning. Then my cousin came over for a girls day to do our nails and all. So the first picture on the left is of my toes. I painted them blue and asked her to put on zebra stripes on the big toes and tip the rest. I really love how they turned out.

Below is what my finger nails turned out like. She experimented with water marble. You drip some nail polish into water and then swirl it around and then put your finger into the water and the take it our and see what your finger nail looks like. It looks pretty cool. I wish I would have done a few more colors into the mix but maybe next time.

Day 28 :: August 28, 2010

Here is my picture for the day. Me and my hubby holding hands (and his leg in the background haha). I love my hubby and I love holding hands with him...it is the best. Taking walks or just hanging out on the couch. He is the best hubby and I am lucky to have him!

Day 27 :: August 27, 2010

So this isn't going with the theme for the day but I didn't feel like taking a picture of our backyard. All the picture would show would be the back porch a yard and a big tree in the middle. Maybe the road and a oil change company in the backyard, but that all boring. So I took this picture. We bought these bears for each other shortly after we got engaged. I actually convinced my hubby to go to Build A Bear and well build a bear with me. I love them and before we moved in together he had the bride bear sitting at his house and I had the groom bear at my house. But now they sit together upstairs in our spare room :)

Day 26 :: August 26, 2010

So as you can see I didn't go with today theme. I have tried the whole jump in the hair and take a picture thing while on our honeymoon and it didn't work so well. And since I wasn't with my kiddos today I couldnt have one of them try. I thought about taking my camera to the first football(high school) game of the season and get a picture of one of the players going for a pass or a cheerleader jumping but thought NOPE, only went to the game because it was my old high school vs. my hubby's old high school and that is the first time like ever they have ever played against each other. Anyways my day was awesome. My hubby took me to go horseback riding, and we playing putt-putt and got ice cream as well. So then I took him to the driving range cause I know he misses golf and we dont go to the driving range very often, I suck lol. After that we make some dinner and went to the high school game. I use to go to every game, only cause I was a band geek and had to go for band. Then after I graduated my brother was on the football team so I went to watch him. But now he graduated so I have no reason to go LOL. I think once September hits I am going to try to take a picture a day using the letters of the alphabet in order...so check back to see if I actually accomplish that goal. Day 25 :: August 25, 2010

Today's theme was alphabet so I picked the letter C, for Card. This is a early birthday card from my oldest kiddo at work. She made this for me and there is writing on the back as well but I just took a picture of the instead. She is going into 2nd grade and her handwriting and spelling pretty good, most spelled right or at least how it sounds. My name is spelled semi close... its "Elicia" not "Alicha" and she put it. Put she did good. I love the card and it was so sweet of her. She asked me the other day if instead of coming to their house to work if I wanted to come on my birthday and have them take me swimming. I was like that would be awesome, but I dont think the pool will be open anymore :( She was like oh okay. She is so sweet! I love going there and spending my day with wall four of them...I hope the two oldest had a good first day of school, one in Kindergarten and one in 2nd grade.

Day 24 :: August 24, 2010

This is a picture from yesterday but I didn't feel like taking a picture today. At work the twins were sleeping so me and the oldest kiddo went outside to take pictures of the butterflies, and spider, and bees. This is one of my favorite pictures of the butterflies. Then she showed me the huge spider that was in the bush. So today I am going to post two pictures from yesterday. So here is the picture of the HUGE spider we saw. It was a close up...but believe me I was NOT this close to the spider I just zoomed in VERY far.

Day 23 :: August 23, 2010

So yesterday was my first day seeing my kiddos in over a week. The twins are getting so big, and their older sisters are so excited to be going to school on Wednesday. Here are three out of four of my kiddos, missing Piper again sorry Piper. Left to right, Maya, Matthew and Peyton. Maya is getting to big she crawling everywhere and pushing herself up onto her knees to play and just yesterday She pulled herself up to stand against the gate thing they play in. Matthew is still being really lazy and prefers to just lay there. Peyton was super sweet yesterday and when she found out my birthday was in three weeks she went up to her room and put together a present for me. But not before asking twenty questions about what my likes where. She came down and had put together a homemade card; just a card with a school picture of her glued to it. Then she put a wallet size picture inside and had hand written a message inside. She took gummy bears and put them in the form of a "23" for my age(wish i woulda got a pic of that) and the a notepad for me to use and some stickers. It was so cute. After I got her lunch we went into the play area with the babies and they were playing so I went and got my camera, since we were taking pictures of butterflies earlier, and went to take their pics and they all stopped what they were doing and smiled it was so cute! I promise I will have a picture of the fourth child soon!

Day 22 :: August 22, 2010

Today's picture is of the puzzle we just finished, we started it yesterday and finished it today before my mom, dad, cousin and her mom came over to have a game night. We played some corn hole, pictionary and guesstures. A very fun night. Hope to start that up again and make it a weekly thing. I also hope to do more puzzles and finished all the puzzles in the box, there are 10 different puzzles in the box and this is puzzle number 4 completed.

Day 21 :: August 21, 2010

So here is my picture picture for Saturday just posting a day late. After spending a nice evening with my hubby, cuddling in bed eating DQ ice cream then headed out to get rest of school stuff. Back home to cuddle more and eat some of my favorite kind of chips, Apple Chips. This is a pic of a cinnamon aple chip shaped like a heart. So awesome!!!!

Day 20 :: August 20, 2010

Well I couldn't do the theme for the day since I dont have any kids and the little kiddos I watch are still on vacation. So instead, I spent the day with my mom and brother getting him moved into his dorm room for his first semester of college. Once we finally found his dorm building we had to carry everything to his room. Then find the keys that he didn't bother to look for before hand. Finally got unloaded and helped him put it all away. Met his roommate and his family. Then headed home, on way home had dinner with my mama then home to my amazing hubby :)

This is suppose to be "U-A" for University of Akron. The bushes kind of cut off the "A" but oh well. That is were I spent my day moving my brother into his dorm. Fun day, NOT. I am not sad I didn't experience the "dorm life." I am quite happy going to my small time community college and living at home, especially now that I am living with the most amazing guy ever!!! Though I am not looking forward to another year back, my year off was amazing.

This is late for the most part since I didn't post it yesterday but I did take it yesterday I was just to tired to upload the picture to my computer. So of course like everyone else posted my favorite piece of jewelry is my wedding set. I wanted to do something more creative so it's not the same as everyone else but I didn't want to take the time sorry guys.

Day 18 :: August 18, 2010

First off here my picture of the day by the theme of street signs. This street sign is right outside my house. My hubby and I live on a corner lot. So there is a stop sign right outside our front door along with the street names. But I also had to post a second picture for today so that one is below.

Picture 2 for today, which I will try not to make a habit of it anymore, if of my little cousin. He turned 4 years old today. I forgot to post a picture of his little brother last week when he turned 2. I'm Sorry Octavius...but anyways, Happy Birthday William.

Day 17 :: August 17, 2010

Since today's theme was numbers I took a picture of the clock in our dining room. I like it, not the most creative but it still pretty neat. The day went pretty good. Hung out with the hubby, my mom stopped over and told us about her trip she took my brother on before he starts college. Then we went swimming at Tall Timbers and then we all met my brother at Wal Mart to get him what he needed for college, he leaves Friday. Then ate some Subway and came home to cuddle and watch some t.v. Got some good pictures from tall timbers but figured I would stick to the theme! So there my pic enjoy lol :)

Day 16 :: August 16. 2010

This picture is one my hubby actually took while we were at the park. I was having trouble getting a picture of the thing cause every time i went to take a picture it would fly away and I wouldn't be able to find it. But he got it for me.

This is the picture I took. I kept seeing this things flying over the water and he told me I would never be able to get its picture. Then we were stopped while I took pictures of geese and stuff and we saw it land on the rock so I hurried and starting taking pictures hoping for one to turn out good. And I thought this came out okay.

Day 15 :: August 15, 2010

My picture for the day is one I actually took today but it was really cool. My hubby and I took a walk at the park. We got some ice cream and watched some cute little kids play on the slide while we ate our ice cream and I took a ton of pictures. Here is on of them, I was taking pictures of my hubby's shadow reflections haha. He is so silly, he started posing for the shadow pictures. I also took a bunch of really cool pictures of the geese and ducks it was so interesting. Other then going to the park, we went to the mall and looked around for something for my brother as a going away to college present and came up empty for now. And then had a lazy day.

Then my best friend from high school stopped by and we talked for a bit, haven't seen her much since we graduated so nice to get to catch up time once and awhile.

Day 14 :: August 14, 2010

This isn't really plastic but since the theme is we can pretend lol, or just say I was taking a picture of the bottles in the background. But I thought this was cute. It is one of our center pieces from our wedding. The one we used for the head table actually. I thank everyone greatly who helped make all these, two of my cousins, my aunt and my mom. They turned out great :) After we got back from our honeymoon we had all these sea shells we collected so I got the idea to pour some of the sand we used at the wedding back into it and place the shells inside and put it in our bathroom. I hope someday to decorate our bathroom, or one of them depending how many we have, as a beach themed!

Day 13 :: August 13, 2010

I know I am far behind but I am going to try to catch up by the end of today. So since today, day 13, is photographers choice there was so many things I could take a picture of or post. I was going to post a picture from my and my hubby hanging out with my cousin and her new boyfriend but I forgot all about taking pictures until later. So instead I took a picture of my hubby while we were waiting for them to come over.....

I know my hubby will love that I posted this picture. Sorry hunny I think it's a cute picture :)

Day 12 :: August 12, 2010

Today's theme was movies so instead of thinking of something creative, cause I have been lazy with the creativity part of this, I just decided to take a picture of our movie shelf. Our movie collection isn't huge right now but there are SOOOO many movies I still would love to go buy and we just haven't yet.

Day 11 :: August 11, 2010

So I am a little late but I just haven't felt like posting lately haha. But I was taking my pictures or looking through my old pictures to see if I had a picture for the theme if I couldn't think of anything creative enough to take. Well I have a picture of my flip flops that I bought for the wedding that I took a picture of on our drive to Florida for our honeymoon, that I just now decided I may post as my picture instead of the other picture I had. Only because I actually took that picture and my other picture I was going to post was taken by my brother oddly enough haha, who would have thought he would have taken a picture creative enough I almost used it lol.
The bottoms of the flip flops write out "just married" as you walk in the sand.

Day 10 :: Water

I thought today's theme was interesting and I came up with two different pictures for it. It actually was a perfect day for the theme my cousin and I had plans to go to the lake and go swimming, so I figured I would get a really good picture for it. We actually found something for a good picture for the day but we weren't able to get it, so I settled for just a picture of the lake.
This was a picture I took just before we left.







This is the picture I took earlier in the day before my cousin came over to go swimming. I played around with different water pictures in case I forgot to take a picture out at the lake. I thought this one out of the others I took turned out pretty cool.


Overall the day was good. Had a day off, which wasn't planned. Was suppose to work in the evening but it turned out I didn't have to, wont get to see my babies until tomorrow, and that is my only day with them this week :(
Two more days off this week and I am so excited for it, date night with my hubby and my cousin and her new bf Friday so that should be fun. But for now I am getting ready for bed and ready for my LONG day with the two cutest twins ever tomorrow :)

Day 9 :: August 9, 2010

Well the theme is retro and I had NO clue what to do for the theme. So while talking to my one friend I came up this the idea to post some pictures of me and my husband then and now.

This picture was taken on my birthday in 2007. It wasn't one of our first pictures together but it was within the first year we were together. We started dating in November 2006, and just between then and when this picture had been taken in September 2007 we shared so many memories and took so many pictures it was hard to pick one. There were others that I liked better but to be fair I picked one that I actually took, lol. :)

Here is a picture of us on our wedding day June 12, 2010. One of our most recent pictures. Neither of us took it but I still love it. Neither one of us has changed much from then til now, except that in the three years from when that was taken to the wedding day I finally got my braces off!!!! :) It was the most beautiful day ever, and even though some things didn't go as planned, such as the guys not putting their flowers on for the ceremony but they did get them for the pictures and reception. But we had an amazing time and I am so happy to be his wife, and I surely hope my husband had and amazing birthday :)







Hopefully tomorrow I can come up with a better picture for tomorrow theme of water.

Day 8 :: August 8, 2010

The theme for today was beauty. And for me there so much that could define beauty, such as scenery, or people, places. So I picked some scenery pictures that I felt represented beauty to me, taken while we were on our honeymoon.

My husband and I were watching the sunrise one morning towards the end of our honeymoon. It was so beautiful to watch, and even though it was cloudy out over the water it was still fun to be there on the beach with my amazing husband watching the sun rise. We had an amazing trip and the weather was perfect.








After watching the sunrise, we went back to our room and got changed and decided to take a walk to get breakfast. We walked down to the Ihop and on our way to breakfast you saw to many pretty views of the ocean between the different hotels. I caught this photo of the sun rising between the hotels with my phone, and was surprised how well it turned out.

Day 7 :: August 7, 2010

So I am a little late on posting this but yesterday was such a lazy day and my hubby and I did pretty much nothing all afternoon. We did take a nice walk and play some Wii for a bit but that was the extend of our Saturday. So with that I didn't really take much time to figure out my picture of the day, and work was extremely crazy or I would have taken one their. I planned on doing the theme for the day but since we don't have any pets and I didn't stop over at my moms I wasn't able to, unless I just uploaded a old picture of one of the cats or dogs from my moms. So instead I took a picture of my favorite thing we brought back from our Honeymoon, besides all the memories and pictures, hahah.

Day 6

So I went with the theme again. This is a picture of me and my amazing husband. He is my best friend and my everything! We have been together for 4yrs and just got married a couple months ago. He and I share so many memories and he always makes me laugh. And this picture captures him perfectly. I took this picture after he took me to Wasabi for dinner and then a movie, Step Up 3. It was suppose to be in 3D and I was so excited to see it,but they didn't have it in 3D, so we didn't get to see it in 3D...YET. But he assured me he would take me again somewhere that had it in 3D! I love my man so much :)

Day 5

I just went with the theme today. So here is a picture I took off to the side of my house as the sun was setting. It was such a nice day I went swimming and took care of my babies. Will be back there tomorrow :)

Day 4

I was sitting around this morning trying to figure out what picture to use for today, my cousin suggested my shirt logo or the front desk at work or the lobby. Those all really good ideas and my friend actually used the work logo as her first picture as we work at the same place, and I have many more days here to use the lobby or front desk or something lol. So I kind of went with the theme. I love taking pictures and I love my hubby so I took a picture of our honeymoon pictures, with the picture of my husband on top. I thought it turned out really cool :)

Day 3 Photo

Today was a rainy kind of crappy day. So after a long day of errands and getting stuff done I decided to make a cake. Here is a picture of our yummy cake!

Day 2- August 2, 2010 :)

Today I made a collage as my picture, so technically I still am only posting 1 picture for the day, haha. So this is how I spent most my day, at least until 3pm. The first picture is me with my awesome hair do and the pretty pink tiara to go with it. The 2nd picture is my awesome hair stylist, Peyton, and her youngest sister, Miya. The last picture is the cutest boy who is always smiling and laughing, Matthew. That is what I do most the week sit at their house and play with them. I am missing 1 little kiddo, maybe I will have a picture of her later this week. :)

After I left there my day went down hill, my tired went flat and got holes, what a wonderful ending to the day....ended up having to get four new tires, so not cheap. :(

Day 1- Agust 1, 2010

I couldn't decide which picture to post, After work my hubby and I went on a long bike ride and then came home and spent time together outside playing cards and anything else we could find to do. So I decided to post a picture of my amazing husband and his bike as my first picture :)

365 Day Pictures

I am going to attempt this whole take a picture everyday of the year thing. I kind of want to be a photographer part-time anyways so maybe this will help me in practicing my picture shoots. I don't know how long this will last until I forget to take a picture one day or forget to post them, lol. But I will try to remember as often as possible...starting today; August 1st, 2010.
